Here I Am… { A Reflection }

 Here I Am… {A Reflection}

A Reflection

Here I am sitting and wondering why

Here I am sitting and wondering how

Here I am sitting and pondering when

Here I am sitting and pondering what

Why I have waited so long to go forth

How I can get back to where I used to be

When a place for me will be found

What I know His promises are for me

Yet Here I Am

Still Sitting And…

A Reflection is a look within and a look towards.  When I take the time to reflect it gives me new perspective and new direction.  There are times in our lives when we all come to a place where we question our choices, our calls, our paths, our calls.  Still as we sit and question perhaps we should instead take action.  Move.  Do…SOMEthing!  Then maybe we shall find the answers we are longing for.

    I tend to be very reflective. I’ve had to stop myself because I would beat myself up over a mistake. Reflecting definitely helps when trying to take a new path.
