Birds, Stars and Mazes – Books ‘N’ Bloggers Swap REVEAL

When I signed up for the Books ‘N’ Bloggers Swap with the amazing gals over at CGSwaps I was looking to connect with a new Blogger and hopefully find a few new books to read during the summer. I have seriously slacked only my reading time and was in desperate need of some new material.

As always, the CGSwaps was such fun! I had the change to meet MacKenzie from over at The Book Addict and well her site says it all – MacKenzie is definitely an authority on all things books and I was so excited to see what she picked out for me.

So Let’s get to the Big REVEAL!

I love how MacKenzie left me such a nice greeting as soon as I opened the package. I am definitely all set of rmy Summer Reading list with the books she sent me:

I love Maya Angelou and her words are always a sources of encouragement, inspiration and definitely wisdom. I have read this before but not since High School so I can’t wait to read this and have a visit with an old favorite of mine.

One she loved…

I am so glad that this is one that MacKenzie loved because it is also one I have been wanting to read ever since I saw the previews for the movie. I always prefer to read the book before I see that movie and now I have the chance!

One from my Reading List…

When I read the preview of the The Maze Runner I knew it was something I would be interested in and I am so glad that I will have a chance to read it before it is made into a movie!
