I will watch just about anything with Dame Helen Mirren add to that the mystery, creepy factor and ‘based on true event’ – I’m there! This movie tells the tale of heiress Sarah Winchester and her obsession with building her house as a prison for the ghosts she feels haunted by as a result of her family business – guns.

Game Night
I will admit at first glance I did not think this movie would make my list. Then I actually watched and researched it a bit and I am actually a bit excited to see it. Game Night is taking a mix of comedy and dark humor and bringing in the talent of actors like Jason Bateman and Rachel McAdams. So yeah, it made the list!

Glad you included Black Panther. Believe it or not Ryan Coogler is a friend of mine’s son. So, I am so happy for his success. I work with his dad before he retired(I teach in Juvy). His dad was a counselor (guard) at the hall. One of the best counselors there. Ryan while he was writing “Fruitvale Station” would pull “on-call” shifts as a counselor there. Amazing to see where he is today.
Wow Patrick that is so amazing! I could not have left Black Panther out of this month’s list especially since I’ve been counting down the days for months now! It is truly amazing to see and witness the growth of true talent.
