Today’s Prompt: Tell us about a blog post that you didn’t publish.
Okay so this may be one of my shortest NaBloPoMo Posts ever. Why? Because I honestly don’t have any posts that I haven’t published. I make it a point to work out my post in my Journal completely prior to making one keystroke. So by the time I actually get to the point where I am entering it into WordPress the post has almost been completely written.
The only things I have left to do once I type it into WordPress is to add my images, proof, edit and hit that Publish button. I may schedule my posts up to 2 weeks ahead of time but I honestly don’t have any that aren’t schedule.
The only posts that I have that aren’t published are those I am still working on in my Journal which I consider to be in their Draft form.

I do the same thing, writing ahead of time is the best way to guarantee you will have your post ready on time! Great post!

I rarely write last-minute too, it's too much stress! I have to be organized, otherwise my blog would NOT happen!

Exactly! I may type or publish last minute but chances are it’s been ‘written’ for a while 🙂
Wow? 2 weeks ahead? Super blogger! I usually have nothing in mind until the last minute (Especially my NaBloPoMo posts). Sometimes I even stare at the monitor for hours before I can come up with something. But I do have stuff on my blackberry that I never published. Uber personal ones that I haven't had the courage to bring it our there. 🙂
I really need to think I have to revise my blogging schedule.
Now don’t get me wrong! I totally write last minute as well. I only just started scheduling things. I just never write anything and not publish it. Once I get it out there I feel u need to ‘get it out there’ LOL. Does that make sense? I am in no way a Super Blogger it’s more likely my OCD won’t let me let anything sit around LOL 😉
I do have one blog post I'm still working on, the synopsis of a photo outing with a friend.. NaBloPoMo took the front seat shortly after, so my focus has been on daily posts written in the same day. But I'll get around to sharing it soon. I'm a typer rather than a hand writer, I develop, revise, develop and revise, naming my blog post last (I know that's backwards from what we're told, but it works for me!) Penzu.com is awesome, it's my new online journal. All my rants are recorded there..

That sounds like an interesting post. One that could definitely take time to complete. Penzu? Sounds interesting. I dunno there\’s just something I still hold on to about pen and paper. I guess I\’m a bit sentimental. I like to \’feel\’ my words. The impressions through the paper. Makes them so \’present\’ to me.
