I salt my water. Salting the water for pasta allows the pasta to cook at a higher heat giving you the perfect tender pasta. It also adds a bit of flavor.
Bring 12 Cups of Water to a Boil
Add Pasta; Cook 11-12 minutes
Drain Pasta
