Be one of the first shoppers to experience the new Sprouts in Fayetteville and see how you can use Sprouts Brand products at a cooking demo with local Registered Dietitian Kristin MacDonald.
Learn about the fresh, natural and organic products offered at value prices throughout the store, and how to prepare three dishes to get your new years goals started off right.
Guests will:

Kristin MacDonald has been a Registered Dietitian since 2009. She graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelors in Nutritional Sciences in 2008, and from Stony Brook University with a Masters in Health Care Policy and Management in 2009.
As owner of Healthy Appetites Nutrition Counseling, L.L.C., located in Fayetteville, NC, Kristin promotes positive relationships with food and works with clients to develop lifestyles that help them feel their best. She is a practitioner and patient – a Dietitian and someone living with Celiac Disease. In 2015, out of a passion for gluten free living, Kristin completed an Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Certificate of Training Program on food allergies.
Kristin has a passion for food, family and running. Through her blog – Healthy Appetites Nutrition – she shares gluten-free recipes and stories, professional and personal.
RSVP for the FREE event being held at Sprouts Fayetteville on Tuesday, January 9 at 5:30pm. This is a family-friendly event. Printed tickets are not required for attendance. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
